Terms of Use

These Terms explain how the JobBüro website and registration service may be used.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

1. About JobBüro

JobBüro helps people discover and register interest in flexible paid opportunities in Switzerland. Opportunities may involve JobBüro or a third-party business, client or project organisation. The specific arrangement should be explained with the relevant opportunity.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other people’s use. Information on the website is provided to help you decide whether an opportunity may suit you.

3. Registration eligibility

You must be at least 25 years old to register your interest through JobBüro. You must provide accurate information and update it when necessary. No general nationality, permit or residency requirement is added by these Terms; a specific opportunity may have its own requirements.

4. Registration and opportunities

Registering tells JobBüro that you may be interested in relevant opportunities. JobBüro may review your information and contact you where there may be a fit. You should review the information provided for each opportunity before deciding whether to participate.

5. Nature of opportunities

Each opportunity may have its own requirements, timing, location, compensation, duration, selection criteria and contractual or working arrangement. These details can vary by project.

6. Compensation and project terms

Any compensation shown on JobBüro relates to the relevant opportunity and may vary by project. It is not a promise of guaranteed earnings. The relevant opportunity or third-party agreement should explain the applicable payment and project terms.

7. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Review opportunity requirements carefully.
  • Decide independently whether an opportunity suits you.
  • Provide additional information honestly where requested.
  • Comply with agreed project terms if you participate.

8. Business enquiries

Businesses may contact JobBüro to discuss a project. A business enquiry does not itself create an agreement or guarantee that JobBüro will provide a service.

9. Third-party organisations

Opportunities or communications may involve third parties. Where a third party provides an opportunity, its own terms or agreement may apply. These Terms do not replace specific project, employment or contract terms.

10. No guarantee of work

Registration does not guarantee work, employment, an interview, selection, regular opportunities, any minimum income or a specific level of compensation. Opportunity availability depends on project needs and eligibility.

11. Website availability and information

JobBüro aims to provide clear and current information, but opportunity availability and details may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every page will always be error-free or current.

12. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, branding, design and other content belong to JobBüro or are used with permission. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy or reuse it in a way that suggests an association with JobBüro without permission.

13. Limitation of responsibility

JobBüro is not responsible for a third party’s opportunity, conduct, contract, workplace, payment or decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobBüro is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on changing opportunity information or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of JobBüro are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Where permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to JobBüro are subject to the competent courts in Zürich, Switzerland.

15. Changes to these Terms

JobBüro may update these Terms when the service changes. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
