JobBüro is responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information we collect

When you register your interest, we collect the information you choose to submit:

• First name and last name
• Email address and phone number
• Age
• Canton or region
• WhatsApp contact, if provided
• Opportunity interests
• Your consent
• A submission timestamp where it is technically recorded

We do not intentionally collect a date of birth, preferred language or general availability through the registration form. We do not claim to collect IP addresses, device details or other tracking data unless the implementation changes.

3. Why we use your information

Registration information may be used to review whether your profile may fit relevant opportunities, contact you about potentially relevant opportunities, respond to registration-related questions, manage the registration process and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations where required.

JobBüro does not use automated profiling, AI matching or automated decision-making as part of this MVP.

4. How we collect information

We collect information when you voluntarily complete and submit the public Registration form. The Contact page is email-only.

5. Google Sheets and service providers

Registration information may be stored and managed using Google Sheets as part of JobBüro’s registration workflow. Google is a third-party service provider. The current website form is a demo and is not connected to a Google Sheets submission process.

6. How long we keep information

We generally retain registration information for up to 6 months. After that period, information should no longer be retained unless continued retention is legally required, there is another valid reason permitted by applicable law or you have entered into a separate ongoing relationship requiring the information.

7. Who may receive information

Information may be accessible to JobBüro and service providers supporting the registration workflow, such as Google Sheets. Where appropriate and necessary for a relevant opportunity, information may also be shared with a relevant business, client or project organisation. The specific arrangement should be explained with the relevant opportunity.

8. International processing and transfers

Service providers may process information in countries outside Switzerland. Where required, JobBüro takes appropriate steps under applicable data-protection law. We do not make unsupported claims about a particular storage location or transfer mechanism.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may contact JobBüro about access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and other rights available under applicable Swiss law. Send requests to contact@jobburo.com. Legal exceptions may apply, so a request will not always result in immediate deletion.

10. Security

JobBüro takes reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage can be promised to be completely secure.

11. Minimum age

JobBüro registration is intended for people aged 25 or older. Age is collected to verify this registration eligibility requirement. This restriction applies to registration and participation eligibility, not to access to the entire public website.

12. External links

The website may link to external websites or services. JobBüro is not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review the information provided by those services before using them.

13. Changes to this policy

JobBüro may update this Privacy Policy when the service, its processing activities or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
